Potential electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage can affect the product yield, reliability, and profitability of the electronic manufacturing industry. As electronic devices become increasingly sophisticated, smaller and more complex in size, they are also becoming more sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Anti static label materials are designed specifically to solve the two major electrostatic problems that exist in ordinary labels.
Principle:
1. When the label surface material is peeled off from the base paper, anti-static labels can prevent a large amount of static charges from accumulating on the backing adhesive, which will greatly reduce the static discharge during the labeling process;
2. During the use of tags, tags with anti-static function can greatly reduce the electrostatic charge on the tag surface, thereby reducing the probability of electrostatic discharge.
Application scope:
1. Static sensitive PCB printed circuit board identification labels, process/quality control and traceability labels
2. Identification labels for electronic IC components and ESD warning labels for electronic devices
3. Dust protection for precision electronic and electrical components, reducing dust adsorption
4. Identification of production processes for optical communication products, anti-static packaging labels, and identification of all products with requirements for electrostatic protection
